Within the Continental United States, Military APO
We offer FREE UPS Ground delivery on orders over $40.00 (US Dollars) within the continuous 48 states and Military APO addresses. Next Day and 2nd Day Air delivery will also be available for an additional fee. Special arrangements can be made for Saturday delivery at an additional fee. Please call us at (800) 642-2224 Monday through Friday 9:00 am to 5:00 pm (Central Time) to arrange for the Saturday delivery option.

Alaska, Hawaii, US Territories & Canada
Delivery to address within Alaska, Hawaii, United States Territories and Canadian Providences will be available via UPS at their standard rates.

International Shipping
International orders will ship via UPS Worldwide where available. Please select this option at checkout. We will e-mail you the amount of the shipping fee for your approval. If we do not receive customer approval within 72 hours of our e-mail, the order will be cancelled.

Note: Additional charges may occur such as brokerage fees, commissions and state or country taxes. We will try to provide you with an accurate quote of the
shipping charges to foreign addresses, but additional charges may be assessed beyond our control.

All international orders outside of North America are final except for incorrectly shipped merchandise or defective product.

International orders shipped via UPS Ground can take up to 12 weeks. Air service is normally one week.

We cannot ship products to the following countries: Cuba, Iran & North Korea.

Backorder Policy
Delivery of quality products is our first priority. There are times when because of manufacturer production and delivery delays; we are unable to fill your order. We will notify you of any backordered items and give you an estimated delivery date. If the delivery date is not acceptable, you may cancel your order or reselect another product. We reserve the right to discontinue products offered on our site without notice.

Cancellation Policy
Once your order is received, it will ship within 24 to 48 hours of receipt. You may cancel an order up to the time that it ships from our warehouse. (To cancel an order, please call (800) 642-2224 or (402) 597-1800. Cancellations will not be taken via e-mail.) Once shipped, orders cannot be cancelled. Orders can be returned for refund within 30 days of purchase with a Return Authorization Number. Shipping of the returned items will be at the customer’s expense.

Return Policy
Your satisfaction is our ultimate goal! If you are not happy with the product once you have purchased, or have unused product, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of receipt. Products must be unopened, in their original packaging and in resalable condition. Return shipping charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not refundable.

Return of Volume Discount Orders
Product purchased at a volume discount or case-lot quantities (12 spools of border or 12 double rolls of wallpaper) cannot be returned unless the complete order is returned within 30 days per our return policy.

To return merchandise, please contact us for a Return Authorization Number. This number will expedite the return process and assure proper credit is given.

Once a Return Authorization Number is assigned, product can be shipped back to our warehouse up to 30 days from receipt of the authorization. Returns received after the 30 days from authorization may be accessed a restocking fee of up to 50% of the product’s price.
